After chatting quite a bit about how following a more low-carb focused diet has made such a difference to my blood glucose control recently, I thought I’d share a few bit that have helped me with this.
I know when I started thinking about trying low-carb I had no idea what I’d eat or cook, or basically just how I’d get through the day without some form of junk food (guiltyyy). But I’m managing A-OK, and my blood sugar levels have just been steady as anything – so I think (so far!) that it’s worth the effort.
I’ve included some recipes, snacks, and other bits on here that I’ve tried and enjoyed, and that haven’t sent my blood sugars through the roof – hopefully you’ll find the same thing 🙂
